Oh, wow, this was so lovely and atmospheric, and the way you read it was *perfect*. Your reading was soothing and grounding while still letting the emotions of the story shine through. The panicked way you repeated "All of us drown" was ringing in my head for the rest of the story after that, and still kind of is. And though this is not a fandom I'm more than passingly familiar with, the depth of their caring for each other was so clear from the way you performed this piece.
